My Valentine's Day Date this year was none other than my nephew Andrew. The little cutie got to come and spend the day with me. Since I was absent on his birthday which was less than two weeks ago I decided to make up for it by taking some of his one year pics. The blankets of snow already on the ground combined with that falling around us made for a fairytale scene. However it made me really miss Colorado, the mountains, and skiing. Anybody want to donate to the Courtney take a random trip to go skiing in Colorado fund? Hehe, Just kidding, well that is unless you really do want to donate. I haven't been able to go skiing the past two years and I've been missing it. Since 7th grade I had went every year to Winter Park Colorado.
Okay Okay enough with my sobbing...on to more important things...like pictures!
I couldn't decide on this one, with or without a texture. What do you think?
I recently bought this old Victorian style chair when I spent a day with my mom in KC. I've been dying to try it out and see just how well it photographs. So Drew got to take a break for awhile and I grabbed a couple pics of his sister Kiersten on my chair.
And of course what makes more sense for one year photographs than a little chocolate "Birthday cake?"
Love ya bunches- Aunt Courtney
